This policy covers how we handle your information when you contact us through our messaging channels (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, LINE) and when you enquire about or book a stay.
What we collect
When you message us we receive your public profile name and the content of your messages. When you enquire or book, you may share stay dates, party size, and, to complete a booking, your name, phone number and email address.
How we use it
Only to answer your questions, check availability and rates, arrange your booking and look after you during your stay. Messages may be answered by our automated assistant or by our team; a team member can join any conversation. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Where it lives
Conversation records are stored on our own private systems. Bookings are processed by Cloudbeds, our reservation system, under their own privacy terms. Messaging is delivered by Meta (Facebook Messenger and Instagram) and LY Corporation (LINE) under their platform terms.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, so we can improve it. These place cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Retention and your rights
We keep conversation and booking records only as long as needed for guest service and legal record keeping. You may ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you.
Deleting your data
To have your messages and contact details deleted, message us on the channel you used (Facebook Messenger, Instagram or LINE) with the words "delete my data", or ask our front desk. We delete your conversation history and contact details within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons, and we confirm when it is done.
