Superior King
Superior King is 24 sqm with king bed. Good for couples and solo business travellers who want a real king bed and a bit of daylight.

Superior Twin is 24 sqm with two single beds. Good for friends or colleagues who want their own bed but to split the cost.

Deluxe King is 26 sqm with king bed. Good for couples who want more room, or a small family with an extra bed.

Whichever room you pick, you get the same StayAt basics: air-conditioning, a TV, a kettle with free water, a wardrobe with a robe and slippers, an amenity kit, and free Wi-Fi. Need more beds? An extra bed is 800 THB per stay and an extra person is 800 THB per night, just ask when you book. Travelling as a family or group? Rooms 201 and 202 on the second floor, a Deluxe King and a Deluxe Twin, connect through a door.

How many room types are there?
Five: Superior King and Superior Twin at 24 sqm, Deluxe King and Deluxe Twin at 26 sqm, and the two-level Loft Studio.
What is the Loft Studio?
It is our most economical room and a two-level space: a lounge floor of about 10 sqm downstairs, and a raised sleeping deck with a queen bed upstairs, reached by a stair-ladder. It has no window and uses a gender-separated shared bathroom on the same floor, cleaned regularly.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Book direct and you can ask for early check-in or late check-out, whenever the room schedule allows.
Is there parking?
There is no hotel car park. Paid parking is in the alley beside Kasikorn Bank at Sukhumvit 69/1 for 100 THB per night, and it must be arranged in advance: message us a photo of your car number plate and the front desk confirms your space with the parking operator before you arrive.
Do you have connecting or family rooms?
Rooms 201 and 202 on the second floor, a Deluxe King and a Deluxe Twin, connect through a door, good for families or groups. An extra bed is 800 THB per stay and an extra person is 800 THB per night. Message us with your dates and we will set it up.
